About this visa
We file your Vietnamese e-visa on the official portal, check the details and photo carefully, and follow it until the visa arrives.
Saudi citizens are not on Vietnam's visa-exemption list, so they need an e-visa before travelling. Vietnam issues e-visas to citizens of every country, so residents of Saudi Arabia of any nationality can use it too. The visa is valid for up to 90 days, for single or multiple entry, and is applied for on the Vietnamese government's official portal.
How we work with you: you send us your passport scan, photo and travel plan; we check every detail against the passport letter by letter, set the entry and exit points and your accommodation address, then file the application and follow it until the visa is issued, usually in 3 to 5 working days. An error in a name or passport number can stop you from boarding, so we check carefully.
Vietnam warns of unofficial websites charging inflated fees; we apply only through the official portal. The decision rests with the Vietnamese authorities, and no one can guarantee approval.
Documents required
For every applicant
- Passport and a scan of the data page Valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry, with at least two blank pages.
- Digital portrait photo Recent, on a white background, full face visible and unedited.
- Accommodation address and travel plan Your entry date, entry and exit points, and first hotel address. We take them from your itinerary.
- Expected processing time 3 to 5 working days; we recommend applying two weeks before travel.
- Printing the visa We send you the e-visa once issued; print a copy and carry it with your passport.
Residents of Saudi Arabia
- Copy of the iqama To record your address and employer in Saudi Arabia in the application.
