About this visa

We prepare your file and submit the Japan eVISA application or the multiple-entry visa file, and follow it until it is issued.

Saudi citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia need a visa to visit Japan. Since March 2023, every resident of Saudi Arabia, whatever their nationality, can apply online through JAPAN eVISA for a single-entry tourist visa with a stay of up to 90 days, valid for 3 months from issue. The system then issues a Visa Issuance Notice, which you show on your phone from within the system when travelling; a printout or screenshot is not accepted.

Since 4 December 2023, Saudi citizens who meet certain financial requirements can request a multiple-entry visa valid for 3 years, with stays of up to 90 days each for tourism, business and visiting family and friends. It is applied for in person at the Embassy of Japan in Riyadh or the Consulate General in Jeddah.

How we work with you: you send us your request; we recommend the right visa, prepare the salary letter, bank statement, itinerary and bookings, submit the application and follow it until it is issued. Apply at least two weeks before travel: the official guidance asks for eVISA applications at least 7 days before arrival. The decision rests with the Japanese authorities alone, and no one can guarantee approval.
