About this visa

We book your visa centre appointment, prepare and check your file page by page, arrange the medical insurance and translations, then follow the application until your passport is back.

The Schengen visa is a short-stay visa that lets you move between 29 European countries on one visa, for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Saudi citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia both need it. You apply to the embassy of the country where you will spend the longest part of your trip, or, if the stays are equal, the country you enter first.

How we work with you: you send us your request and travel plan, and we confirm the right embassy and send you the list of documents. We check every document before submission: the passport's validity, the photo size, the wording and stamp of the salary letter, the balance on the bank statement. We then book your fingerprint appointment at the visa centre, arrange the medical insurance and translate your national ID card and family card, so you attend the appointment with a file ready for fingerprinting. After submission we follow the application until your passport is back with you.

Since April 2024, Saudi citizens living in Saudi Arabia who meet the entry conditions are eligible for a multiple-entry Schengen visa valid for 5 years, even on a first application, within the validity of the passport. The decision and the length of the visa rest with the embassy alone, and no one can guarantee approval; our role is to make sure your file arrives complete and correct.

Apply early for summer and the holidays, when appointments fill quickly. You can apply up to 6 months before your trip and no later than 15 days before it.

Documents required

For every applicant

  • Original passport and a copy Valid for at least 6 months after your return date, issued within the last 10 years, with at least two blank pages.
  • Two passport photos 3.5 × 4.5 cm on a white background, recent and with no editing of the face. Men: without a shemagh. Women: the hairline visible.
  • Original salary letter in English Recently issued. Government employer: stamped with the employer's coloured stamp. Private employer: on the company's letterhead and certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Fingerprints Required from age 12; no fingerprints for children under 12. Fingerprints given for a Schengen visa within the last 59 months may be reused.
  • Travel medical insurance A basic requirement for the visa, and we arrange it with approved insurers: cover of at least EUR 30,000, valid in every Schengen country for the whole trip.
  • Flight and hotel bookings A provisional return flight booking and accommodation for every night of the trip. We prepare them as part of your file.
  • Expected processing time 3 to 12 working days from the fingerprint appointment, longer when the embassy is busy.

Saudi citizens

  • Bank statement for the last 3 months Recent, in English and stamped by the bank, with a balance of at least SAR 15,000; a higher balance is better.
  • Translation We translate your national ID card and family card into English.

Residents of Saudi Arabia

  • Valid iqama and a copy You apply in Saudi Arabia as a resident, so your iqama must remain valid beyond your return date. We confirm the period your destination's embassy requires and the bank statement your file needs.

Questions

Before you apply

Which embassy do I apply to if my trip covers several countries?
To the embassy of the country where you will stay longest. If the stays are equal, to the country you enter first. We work this out from your itinerary before booking the appointment.
Do Saudi citizens get a 5-year visa?
In April 2024 the European Commission decided that Saudi citizens living in Saudi Arabia who meet the entry conditions are issued multiple-entry visas valid for 5 years, within the validity of their passport. The final decision on each file remains with the embassy.
When should I start?
You can apply up to 6 months before travel and no later than 15 days before. Start at least two months ahead for summer and the holidays, when appointments fill quickly.
Do children need to attend and give fingerprints?
Children under 12 give no fingerprints, but each child needs their own application and documents. We book the family's appointments as close together as we can.
Does the Schengen visa cover the UK, Ireland or Cyprus?
No. The UK and Ireland have their own entry rules, and Cyprus is an EU member that has not yet fully joined the Schengen area. Bulgaria and Romania have been full members since 1 January 2025. Tell us your route and we will arrange what each country needs.
What is the Entry/Exit System (EES)?
An electronic system that started on 12 October 2025 and became fully operational on 10 April 2026. It records your passport details, photo and fingerprints at your first Schengen border crossing, replacing passport stamps. There is nothing to register in advance, but allow extra time at the airport on your first entry.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No one can guarantee approval; the decision is the embassy's alone. What we do guarantee is a complete, accurate file, steady follow-up, and word from us at once if the embassy asks for anything more.
