Booking and payment
Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once the required payment, in full or in part depending on the service, has been received. Prices may change until tickets or final invoices are issued.
Payment. Payment is by bank transfer, bank card, or another method the company accepts. A late payment may cancel the offer or change the price without notice.
Documents. The client is responsible for giving the company correct details: the name exactly as in the passport, travel dates, nationalities and contact numbers. The company is not responsible for any refusal to travel caused by missing or incorrect documents.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation by the client. Flights and hotels may carry penalties or be non-refundable under the provider's terms. The company deducts an administration fee in addition to any provider penalty. Services not used after the trip has begun are not refunded.
Changes. Any change depends on available fares and seats, and is charged the difference in price, the provider's fee and an administration fee.
Cancellation by the provider. If an airline or hotel cancels a flight or service, its own policy on compensation or rebooking applies. The company is not responsible for a provider's decisions or for operational circumstances beyond its control.
Force majeure
The company is not responsible for any change or cancellation caused by events beyond its control, such as government closures, weather, disasters, wars, refused entry, delays in issuing visas, and airport procedures. These are handled under the rules and terms of the providers and the authorities, with no further compensation.
Acceptance
Making a payment means the client accepts all the terms above. Both parties keep the booking and payment records for reference.
