Discover Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay opened in 2012 on reclaimed land beside Marina Bay and covers 105 hectares. Its best-known feature is the Supertree Grove: 18 vertical gardens between 25 and 50 metres tall, with an aerial walkway linking two of them.
The two glass conservatories draw most visitors: the Flower Dome, listed in 2015 as the world's largest glass greenhouse, with flowers from Mediterranean climates, and the Cloud Forest, with a 42-metre indoor mountain and a 35-metre waterfall in cool, misty air.
Every evening at 7:45 and 8:45 pm, the free Garden Rhapsody light-and-music show plays among the Supertrees. We suggest the domes in the afternoon, then staying on for the show.
