About this visa

We tell you what your trip to Russia needs for your nationality, and file the e-visa or prepare the consular visa file for residents, following it until it is issued.

Saudi citizens need no visa for Russia: the mutual visa-waiver agreement between Saudi Arabia and Russia came into force on 11 May 2026, after being signed in Riyadh on 1 December 2025. It allows holders of all passport types, ordinary passports included, to stay up to 90 days a year, in one trip or several, for tourism, business and family visits. It does not cover work, study or residence, which need their own visas.

Residents of Saudi Arabia need a visa according to their nationality. If your nationality is on the list for Russia's unified e-visa, you apply online for a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days. Otherwise you apply for a tourist visa at the Russian Embassy in Riyadh or the Consulate General in Jeddah, with a tourist confirmation from an accredited Russian host.

How we work with you: you send us your request and nationality; we confirm the right route, prepare the photos, documents, hotel bookings and insurance, then submit the application and follow it until it is issued, usually 3 to 7 working days for a consular visa. The decision rests with the Russian authorities alone, and no one can guarantee approval.
