About this visa
We prepare your documents and lodge the Australian Visitor visa online, book the biometrics appointment if requested, and follow the application until the decision.
Saudi citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia need the Visitor visa (subclass 600), Tourist stream to visit Australia for tourism or to see family and friends. You apply online through ImmiAccount from outside Australia, and the visa may allow a stay of up to 3, 6 or 12 months, as the Department of Home Affairs decides.
How we work with you: you send us your request; we send you the document list, check your salary letter and bank statement, complete the application and upload the documents. If you are asked for biometrics, we book an appointment at the Australian Visa Application Centre in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar, then follow the application until the decision, usually 4 to 22 working days from lodgement.
Australian visas are issued electronically and linked to your passport, so there is no label in it. We recommend health insurance for the whole trip, as medical care in Australia is costly for visitors. The decision rests with the Australian authorities alone, and no one can guarantee approval.
Documents required
- Original passport and a copy Valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Copy of the national ID or iqama Valid, uploaded with the application.
- Digital passport photo Recent, on a plain light background and unedited, uploaded with the online application.
- Original salary letter in English Recently issued. Government employer: stamped with the employer's coloured stamp. Private employer: on the company's letterhead and certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
- Bank statement Recent, for the last 3 months; some files have been asked for 6 months, as was the practice in Jeddah. In English, stamped by the bank, with a balance of at least SAR 15,000.
- Biometrics when requested If you are asked for biometrics after lodging, we book an appointment at the nearest Australian Visa Application Centre.
- Travel health insurance Not required in every file, but strongly recommended given the cost of medical care in Australia; we can arrange it.
- Expected processing time Roughly 4 to 22 working days from lodgement.
