A historic hotel in Paris's Golden Triangle whose 243 rooms and suites were fully renovated in 2025, with a spa, an indoor pool and separate hammams for men and women.
The George V opened in 1928 in an eight-storey Art Deco building by the architect Richard Martinet, and became a Four Seasons hotel in December 1999 after a two-year renovation. It stands at 31 avenue George V, in the heart of the Golden Triangle shopping district, a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe; several suites look onto the Eiffel Tower.
In September 2025 the hotel completed a three-year renovation of all 243 rooms and suites by the designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, conceived as a collection of private Parisian residences: Louis XVI-style furniture, Versailles-pattern oak floors and marble bathrooms. Some suites combine a main suite with two connecting bedrooms, an arrangement that suits families who want to stay together.
