City

About Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon

A hotel in the heart of Trabzon on Kahramanmaraş Caddesi, within walking distance of Meydan square, the shops and the sights, with connecting rooms for families and a health club with a Turkish bath.

Zorlu Grand Hotel stands in central Trabzon on Kahramanmaraş Caddesi, a few steps from Meydan Park, the heart of the city and its cafés. Shops, historic sites and banks are all within walking distance, which makes it a practical base for a Black Sea trip. The hotel describes itself as the first 5-star hotel on Turkey's Black Sea coast, and it is wholly owned by Zorlu Holding.

Rooms and suites are spread over four floors in six categories. For families there are two rooms joined by an inner door, one with a double bed and one with two singles, each with its own bathroom, sleeping four. On the fourth floor, the 216 m² Presidential Suite has a living room, a dining room and a marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and it can be joined to a twin room next door.

Day trips leave Trabzon for Uzungöl lake, Sumela Monastery and the green plateaus of the region. We suggest two or three nights here at the start or end of a Black Sea trip, paired with nights by the lake at Uzungöl.
