Palace Downtown stands on Old Town Island in the heart of Downtown Dubai, on the edge of Burj Lake, so you can walk out to the fountain promenade, Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar. It is built in an Arabian style of arches, lattice screens and courtyards, set in quiet palm gardens despite being in the busiest part of the city.
It has 242 rooms and suites, 81 of them suites, most with balconies facing the lake, the fountain or Burj Khalifa. Rooms start at 51 m², comfortable for a small family.
We choose it for travellers who want modern Dubai on the doorstep, a warm Arabian setting, and the fountain show from their own balcony each evening.
