About InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort

Rooms and villas stepped down the mountain to a private beach, linked by a funicular, with a Michelin-starred French restaurant.

The resort is stepped down the slopes of the Son Tra peninsula, north-east of Da Nang, from the forest to a sandy beach on Bai Bac bay. Bill Bensley designed it with traditional Vietnamese architecture in mind, and a small funicular links its levels with open views of the sea.

Rooms start at 70 square metres, and there are villas and residences of two to four bedrooms with private pools, giving larger families complete privacy. It is about 30 minutes from Da Nang airport and roughly an hour from Hoi An.

Dining

At the table

From Michelin-starred French cuisine to dishes from northern, central and southern Vietnam, with a weekly beach barbecue.

Wellness
