About Grand Hôtel Stockholm
Stockholm's grandest hotel, opened in 1874 on the Blasieholmen waterfront facing the Royal Palace and Gamla Stan, with spacious suites and a Nordic spa.
Grand Hôtel opened in 1874 on the Blasieholmen quay, so many of its rooms look across the water to the Royal Palace and Gamla Stan. It is one of Scandinavia's best-known hotels and a Purveyor to the Swedish Royal Court, steps from the Nationalmuseum and the archipelago boat piers.
Stays range from classic rooms to suites named after people linked to the hotel, such as the Ingrid Bergman Suite and the Royal Suite facing the palace, up to the 330 m² Princess Lilian Suite. The hotel has several restaurants, including those of Mathias Dahlgren and The Veranda on the water, and the Nordic Spa & Fitness.
