Completed in 1993, it was decorated by thousands of Moroccan craftsmen in zellige, plaster and carved cedar, and the roof of its prayer hall opens. Part of it stands over the ocean, and its minaret reaches 210 metres. The five daily prayers are held there, with guided tours outside prayer times.
