The hotel opened in December 2017 in the Gammarth tourist zone on the Gulf of Tunis, in contemporary Arabesque architecture surrounded by pools, fountains and gardens, with an open design that lets in the sea breeze. It has 203 rooms and suites.

It is well placed for Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and the medina of Tunis, and about 20 minutes from the airport. Families are well served by its private Mediterranean beach, the kids' club, a Roman-style indoor pool, and swimming and cooking classes.
