The Old Man of Storr is a towering pinnacle on the slopes of the Storr in northern Skye, about 15 minutes by car from Portree. A clear path climbs from the car park in about an hour, with views over lochs, sea and the island of Raasay. It needs walking boots and moderate fitness.
Good to know
- The path is steep and can be muddy
- Early morning is less crowded
