The palaces of the Moscow metro
2 hours
All year, outside rush hours
The Moscow metro opened in 1935 and its first stations were designed as palaces for the people: Komsomolskaya with its yellow vaults and chandeliers, Novoslobodskaya with its stained glass, Mayakovskaya with mosaics in its ceiling. Your guide takes you between stations on the trains themselves and tells the story of each.
We choose a time outside the rush hours so you move in comfort, and an ordinary metro ticket covers the whole tour.
