The walk starts at the Olympic ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and enters the gorge, where the Partnach rushes between high rock walls, along a path and tunnels cut into the cliff. In winter it hangs with icicles. Bring a waterproof jacket, as the spray reaches the path.
