Èze and Monaco in a day

Èze sits on a rock about 430 metres above the sea, with stone lanes climbing to its Jardin Exotique and a view along the coast. About 20 minutes on you reach Monaco: Port Hercule with its yachts, and Monaco-Ville on the Rock, with the Prince's Palace and the changing of the guard just before noon.
Good to know
- Èze's lanes are steep and unsuitable for pushchairs
- Monaco is a separate state, but a Schengen visa is enough to enter
