The Palace of the Sheki Khans
2 hours
April to October
The palace stands in a garden between two great plane trees, its facade covered in geometric patterns and shebeke windows made of thousands of pieces of wood and coloured glass. Inside, halls painted with gardens and hunting scenes glow as the sun comes through the glass. Afterwards you walk to the Upper Caravanserai and the Sheki halva shops.
Good to know
- Photography inside is usually not allowed
- Visitor numbers in the halls are limited
