Arabic coffee and dates

Arabic coffee, flavoured with cardamom and sometimes saffron, is poured from the dallah into small cups and served with dates to welcome guests. UNESCO inscribed Arabic coffee as a symbol of generosity on its intangible heritage list in 2015.
