Nasi lemak
Nasi lemak is Malaysia's unofficial national dish, often eaten at breakfast wrapped in banana leaf. The rice is cooked with coconut milk and pandan leaf and served with spicy sambal, cucumber and egg, sometimes with fried chicken or rendang.
