Nasi goreng
Nasi goreng is an everyday dish in Indonesia: rice fried with garlic, shallots and sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), served with a fried egg, cucumber and prawn crackers. It is on most hotel breakfast menus, and we ask for it with chicken or seafood.
Halal dining can be arranged at every hotel we recommend; tell us your preferences and we brief the chefs before you arrive.
